MARINE HOSE INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HIMS)
HIMS incorporates a set of procedures, test equipment and a traceability database.
The procedures define agreed specifications and O&M requirements which include periodic recertification, thereby ensuring OCIMF Compliance.
The test rig is designed to safely, accurately and repeatably reproduce the OCIMF tests. The rig can be supplied with automatic capture of the test data which can then be uploaded to a database. No more dodgy test results.
The traceability database, maintained by us and which can be hosted online, includes a full history record of every hose showing e.g. original factory test data, subsequent recertification dates and data, current location, previous location, periods in storage, periods in service, total crude throughput etc.. No more lost records. No more retired hoses inadvertently returned to service.
